For all of our occasion wear, limited edition fascinators, shoes, handbags, pashminas, wraps and bridal accessories we aim to dispatch goods within 3 working days.

We will be making your fascinator hat to order and this may take up to 14 days. However, we do aim to despatch your order as soon as possible. Therefore, it may arrive sooner.

We can work to tight deadlines so if you do need your fascinator hat in a hurry, please let us know and we will try to help.

Deliveries to UK mainland addresses normally arrive 1 working day after despatch, deliveries are made through Royal Mail Special Delivery. However, next day delivery cannot be guaranteed. Occassionally deliveries may be delayed and take longer to arrive to UK addresses.

We are happy to deliver overseas, please contact us for an estimated time of arrival.

We will email you when your order is placed, confirming your order. We will also email you when your order has been despatched.

Standard Mainland UK Delivery is £7.50 or FREE if you spend £100.00 or more on products (excluding deposit).
Free Delivery will not apply to countries outside of the UK
European delivery charges are £9.50.
United States and Canada delivery charges are £12.50.
Rest of World delivery charges are £15.00.
For Hire Orders, a Standard Mainland UK Delivery charge of £7.50 is paid for outgoing delivery. Customers are responsible for payment of return postage.
