Delivery
We will be making your fascinator hat to order and this may take up to 14 days. However, we do aim to despatch your order as soon as possible. Therefore, it may arrive sooner.
We can work to tight deadlines so if you do need your fascinator hat in a hurry, please let us know and we will try to help.
We will email you when your order is placed, confirming your order. We will also email you when your order has been despatched.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery. Please ensure that you give us enough time to make, despatch and deliver your goods. It is advisable that you let us know if your goods are needed for a special date so that potential problems can be prevented.
UK Customers
Deliveries to UK mainland addresses normally arrive 1 working day after despatch, deliveries are made through Royal Mail Special Delivery. However, next day delivery cannot be guaranteed. Occassionally deliveries may be delayed and take longer to arrive to UK addresses.
Standard Mainland UK Delivery is £7.50 or FREE if you spend £140.00 or more on products.
International Customers
We are happy to deliver overseas and have sent our products all over the world. Deliveries are made through Royal Mail International Signed For delivery and we provide all customers with a reference for easy tracking of their parcel. Please contact us for an estimated time of arrival.
- Free Delivery will not apply to countries outside of the UK
- European delivery charges are £9.50.
- United States and Canada delivery charges are £12.50.
- Rest of World delivery charges are £15.00.
