Constance is a fun design in which we adorn a mini sinamay top hat with an abundance of ostrich fringing and coque feathers, sinamay knot, Swartzski crystals on wires and stunning full face veil.

With attached comb or headband. We feel that this style works well with either a comb or a headband. However, if you want the flexibility of positioning the fascinator exactly where you want, then the comb option allows this versatility.
